Rolling Blackout, cant seem to fix?
So my Pharmaceutical Company seemed to shut down during a rolling blackout, no matter how many power plants I build now it simply will not get power going to it, any ideas?

Do you have workers on your plants?

Are you using plants that need resources (Coal, Uranium, Natural Gas)?
You need to supply them with these resources. They really should have left the old "allow imports" system in place...

Power plants need fuel, your teamsters aren't delievering it, or your mines can't keep up with the demand output. So either get more teamsters, or import fuel

Nuclear power plant could be pretty damn annoying. One failed delivery or if the employees aren't hanging around and your island shuts down.
