Fix tourism!

Tourism never works properly in tropico games. There seems to be a cap on how many tourists visit your island, so the moment you build high wealth hotels the low wealth ones go dead. Your average carribean island would be pretty F£%&d if it could only handle 400 tourists at a time, so why are all but the most expensive hotels empty? Could someone make a mod or give instructions on how to create one that increases the number of tourists you can have?

How do you even get tourist?. I cant even find the tourist dock. Did they forget it? or is my game just bugged.

Im told get tourists to your island, but they dont explain wtf im supposed to do. and i cant find the tourist dock :(

they come from your normal dock, you just need to build hotels.
later you can boost the tourist count with edics and airports.

No Cruise ships arrive at the normal Trade docks

Yep all sea trafic uses those docks.
Freighters, trade ships, Cruise ships.
tbh for a good while i had no idea where m tourist came from either lol i just knew i was getting them xD till i saw a big white ship stop by :-p

Tip for the airport, build a parking lot right next to it where the tourist come out. otherwize they have to wait for a taxi to pick them up from some place else, unlike with the docks where they just exit already in a car.

I really hate that you have to share industry docks with tourist ships. Tourism has always been a major failure of the Tropico series. It would be nice to see them completely revamp/revitalize that aspect of the game. And there should be tourist docks.
