Meaning of icons?
I often see icons. There are some inhabitants that have a red icon with a hat. Others have a blue icon with a tower.

What is the meaning of these icons? Is it explained anywhere ingame?

I don't know if you figured it out yet, but I think the blue ones are faction leaders, red with hat is a crime lord, red with a fist is a rebel. That's all I've noticed so far.
