Vsync works fine for me here - No odd spinny mouse controls.

What kind of mice are you using? "dumb" simple mice or ones with special software included that let you change DPI and such?

Same problem here. I've noticed that it only happens on 1920x1080 resolution. All other work fine for me. No other settings seem to affect the problem.

People, I don't know if you still need it, but I think I found the solution. I used to have the exact same problem. My fix: Control panel -> Hardware and sound -> Devices and printers -> Mouse -> Pointer options -> Untag the option "Enhance pointer position".

It works for me and I hope it works for you. I haven't found this solution on the internet yet so I thought lets post it. Let me know if it worked :)

I too have problems when I try to rotate the camera angle with the middle mouse button. I usually get around this by zooming in an out at the perfect spot, then holding down ALT and rotating the camera with the A&D keys. Really sad this hasn't been fixed yet!

This did not work for me, unfortunately. I'm using a Corsair mouse with no special drivers, just what Windows 8.1 installed when I attached the mouse.
