How to start a Multiplayer game with friends?

Ok, color me stupid but I can't figure out how to start an MP game with my friends.
I get into the lobby, create a game for friends only and wait, but none of them can see my game.

What the hell am I doing wrong here?

Hm not sure but have you tryed inviting your friends into your game.
There shoud be a buttion on the left of the paper(third from below) that is invite friends)

Beyond that i got no cleu.

Yeah, I click on the friends tab, but nobody shows up.

Yeah.. Can't find any start option or button.. I played only quick match.

My friends seem to find my games ok, even set for friends only. You can invite though somewhere in those tabs. The problem I'm having, I want a 4 player map with 2-3 people, and it won't let me. You have to have the exact amount of players to start.

Yeah, we finally got it. The biggest problem is the list constantly scrolls, and the only place you can actually friend them is in the lobby. They should have imported Steam friends, or stop the damm list from scrolling so you can actually focus on it long enough to read it.
Also agree that needing the exact amount kinda sucks, but I can see why it had to be that way. But even that pales in comparison to the suck that is not having a "Save" command. Who the hell tested this thing and it never occured to them it needs a save feature? I guess I am kind of assuming it was tested....

I kinda got the same problem.

When I add or invite my friend there won't be a messege that says I added or invited him.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
