Is it me or does the CC really suck? Only one skill that you pick using a slider and like four costumes, and no medditeranian skin coloring. I just think it is really crappy for a Tropico CC.

skill/trait is becouse you pick them up in dynasty insted, wich gives you more choice in long run. They just change the system.

Oh yes... there will be DLC... lots and lots of overpriced DLC lol... this is Kalypso, after all. Good thing I don't really care about outfits :P
