there is a trainer which frezze your money and raise hpainess to 100 .. I had to cheat once in one of my islands because I rushed the obejtive and the island was in a poor shape next mission I was screwed with 15% hapiness lol

It's more an exploit than a cheat, but if you start building a bunch of buildings (but don't allow your builders to complete them!) before the end of a campaign mission, you can 'cancel' the construction when you reach the next mission on that island to refund the cash you spent. This can allow you to start the next era with a very big cash boost.

I don't see a need for a money cheat, but i do wish they had something that would let us call specific situations on demand. Like a coup on demand, or whatever incident you wanted to test your city against. An instant build cheat would also help in settig up specific scenarios too.

If you MUST use a cheat theres the Cheaters Tower mod which allows you to do everything from add money and research points to spawn coups and natural disasters .

This really is a nicely done mod. You'll need Darth Presidente's Mod Loader. You can play with the money, which is a little bit more functional than playing unlimited cash because you can actually see if you're template is sustainable (if that matters). Otherwise ignore it.

You can bump techs, which is a nice shortcut to get to the spot you want your scenario to be. Makes building your starting template a lot less time consuming.

And then there are tons of military and natural disasters to trigger. Save your basic city as a template and see what it can undure. Eventually you will wash the beaches of that Yanqui stench along with your massive tourist trap, glory be to El Presidente! Now, to rebuild or reload?
