how to change language?

Mine isnt in english when I first launched it, anyone know how to change it? I need step by step instructions since everything is in a foreign language to me. Thanks

This is how you do it when you have the game on Steam: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8487-WSCN-4121

1. Right click on Tropico 5 from the Steam game library and choose Properties.
   
2. Go to the Language tab
   
3. Select the language you wish to use from the drop-down menu
   
4. Click OK
   
5. Wait for the download to complete

However, I don't see you have the game on Steam, so you probably should search for the answer there instead: http://forum.kalypsomedia.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=72

How to change the language of Tropico 5 in Epic Games

If you want to play Tropico 5 in a language other than English please follow these steps:

• first download the language archive from the following link: {COLLEGAMENTO RIMOSSO}http://download.kalypsomedia.com/Tropico5_language_change.zip
  
• unzip the archive
  
• select the appropriate file for you language (the files are named appropriately)
  
• double click on the file and you will be asked to confirm
  
• now you can start the game again and enjoy it in your preferred language

Note: Please make sure that you are logged in as administrator and that your antivirus program does not block the execution.
