Crossplay PC - xbox one

Does anyone know if it's possible to play this game in multiplayer between PC and Xbox one?

Unfortunately this is not possible.
But PC-players can cross-play, this means no matter if owners of the retail version, steam version, gog-version, kalypso-launcher-version or mac appstor version, all can play together in multiplayer.

No game ever has sucsessfully done this, it won't happen

Rocket League for instance has done it with great success - furthermore it's the official policy of microsoft to enable and enforce crossplay between xbox and pc for more and more games - so the idea is not that far-fetched actually.
