How can I issue edicts?
My xbox 360 controller is not working right for some reason. the triggers are not pulling up the other menus so I am using the keyboard for that. However, when i looking the options for the Edict hotkey there is none listed.

What edict icon? There is no listing on how to pull up the edicts menu in the controls.

So you don't have a bunch of buttons on the bottom of your screen to mouse over?

Actually the solution was to launch the game from Big Picture mode, but thanks for assuming I am an idiot instead of contributing something productive like a respectable human being would.
