Which dynasty member traits do you use? What is the best combo?

I have level 5 of each trait and all 7 allowed dynasty members. If it applies, I have all DLC. (Tropico 5 Collector's Edition)

1) Cheapskate
2) Administrator
3) Supervisor
4) Environmentalist
5) Magnate
6) Landlord
7) Altruist

I'm thinking of retiring some members so I can get members with new traits. Should I swap the following? If so, what for?

- Environmentalist -> Mentor
- Altruist -> Foreman

I always play through every Era so which traits are applicable for my playstyle?

Which traits do you guys use?

Foreman sucks ass. It lowers job quality so everybody quits.

I have a Celebrity which I use as a ruler in early game as they get a bigger foreign aid gift from your most favored nation each year.

Tycoon is good as a ruler later in that every business on the island gets a small efficiency boost

I also have an inventor which I place in my first plantation to go over 100% efficiency in the early game so as to keep technology advancing.

I also have a mentor which is always good to use in a crowded business area so that a lot of businesses get the efficiency bump. I've NOT tried her as a ruler yet but I keep meaning to see how much of a boost I get that way.
