Invitation to Umbrology Exam

Hi all,

how is this exam unlocked. I have the Diviner + Umrology Lab an my University at max Level, however the exam is not unlocked.

Is there a special condition I am missing?
I did not annex camroon island, I just unlocked the region and waited for the volcano to erupt. Do I have to annex it first?

Weird... I think it was unlocked once you got Umbrology.

Maybe try unlocking the final dungeon? I remember some exams only became available then.

yea it is weird, I have already finished the game + post game.
I went back to check and I did annex camroon island, I forgot one loses it when the volcano erupts, so I am not sure what triggers this.
