The ghost of avalon quest

How to start this quest? I've already defeated Victor's ghost and I've already defeated the last boss, but I can't find where this quest starts.

If I remember correctly, I did this quest after defeating Kzinssie (5th hero defeated with the final emperor) in the sealed cave. I don't know if it can be triggered before, I have no idea.

At some point you can talk to the servants in Avalon Castle to start this quest.

I think there was a bug, I already completed it and it keeps appearing.
