How to disable motion-blur?
I assume it's possible in the engine file

Bump for this. Playing the demo and the motion blur or camera is making me motion sick or something. It just feels “off”.

Try this. I haven't tried it yet. But what worked for me was setting my game resolution to 3840x2160 (4k). My monitor is 1080p, but I am still able to set it to 4k because my graphics card supports DSR. I think this game uses temporal anti-aliasing, which looks blurry at 1080p but fine at 4k. Now my game looks great and isn't blurry when moving anymore.

Yeah, some guy recommended r.ScreenPercentage=200 in that same thread which should be the same thing. The difference is night and day, I'll gladly cut my FPS in half for it lol

Motion blur should be banned as a feature that is automatically turned on lol

Game was a blurry mess on steam deck before editing the engine file. I think calling it playable was a stretch.
