When do you fight Rocbouquet?

I know there is a thing where she charms your retinue (and you) if you're male, so I want to know when I should have a female emperor and female retinue for this fight. I've defeated 3 so far (Kzinnsie, Dantarg, and Bohkhon) But haven't seen any others yet.

Past the Savannah (the area beyond the Steppes) is the Jungle where Rock Bouquet resides. Before that you'll need to secure the Savannah (which makes mermaid quest easier to do in one shot).

You'll also need a female Emperor when you meet the Amazon to be able to recruit them.

You can either abdicate or finish the mermaid quest.

Funny thing is i began this quest with a male emperor, but ended up changing it to a female one to master her class ability.
Whenever she used charm, i had only max one member charmed (if at all), so i guess i got lucky in my ignorance.
