Is there grinding to be done?

Seriously thinking about picking this game up. Does it have much to grind in it? i LOVE games with a grind, especially things along the lines of xenoblade chronicles. So does this game have a grind to it?

There's not that much grinding in this game, the only things you would really grind for is either weapon levels for weapons a character doesn't normally use to gain more options in battle or magic element levels so they can use certain support spells, or even grinding certain enemies to try and learn evasions to trivialize some boss fights. Overall grinding isn't required unless you get really stuck on a fight due to not having the right spells or skills to deal with stuff.

You're generally not recommended to overgrind in the earlier stages of the game because the game has a pseudo-level-scaling... It's honestly not a big deal, but if you overgrind early on, enemies might outscale your gear.

Anyways, once you're past the early stages, you're not really required to grind, but... If you want to, you certainly can!

Grinding good drops from enemies can make your party much stronger, and so can grinding your skill levels up.

You can also grind to try Glimmering a few new skills or Evasion skills, which can come in handy.

So yes, the grind certainly exists here! It's totally optional, but it's definitely there!
