Anyways, once you're past the early stages, you're not really required to grind, but... If you want to, you certainly can!
Grinding good drops from enemies can make your party much stronger, and so can grinding your skill levels up.
You can also grind to try Glimmering a few new skills or Evasion skills, which can come in handy.
So yes, the grind certainly exists here! It's totally optional, but it's definitely there!
