The game have romance?
sorry for the dumb question but the game have romance? and if yes how it works? i never heard of the game saga before, i need to play the 1st one first too?

Saga games in general feature a rather unique leveling system. Instead of characters getting exp and increasing their level, they increase their Hp, Bp (MP), and weapon levels.
Your weapon and armor will be the main method of increasing your Atk/Def with weapon levels being a multiplier on your Atk.
This game shows you the TP (exp) gained towards them, so you can treat a character's level as their current weapon level.

Then instead of learning skills as you level up, you instead unlock the chance to learn skills. As characters attack and use weapons in combat, they can glimmer (learn) a new skill. And not every class or member of that class can glimmer every move either.
Same with spells, using spells gives you a chance to learn different spells of the same element.

They also feature ramping enemy levels based on the amount of fights you enter, so excessive grinding is discouraged. So its a constant tug of war as you enter fights to get money, levels and upgrade your gear.

Characters have LP (Life Points) that they can lose in combat. Once they hit 0, they actually die and you lose them forever.

This game's specific mechanic is one where you get to choose your emperor (main character) among your available classes and do quests to slowly develop your Empire. All to aid you in your end goal of defeating the 7 inhuman antagonists.

there is a side quest for unlocking class that involve romance + male emperor

but other than that theres none
