I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to invite your friends to play with you on multiplayer. Would you be able to provide me with some information on the issues you're encountering when trying to invite your friends?
Are you encountering an error message whenever you try to connect, or is something else preventing you from accessing multiplayer?
Thanks!
- Ubisoft Support
We'd certainly advise, if you haven't already, running through the connection steps in the guide here[www.ubisoft.com]
This is to make sure that the connection between yourselves and the Ubisoft Online services are as stable as possible.

Just to clarify, those who are having trouble inviting friends, are you inviting via steam?
If so, does the person you are sending an invite to also have you added as a friend on Ubisoft connect? You'll need to be friends with these players on both platforms.
If this has any impact on the problem please let us know! Thanks,
- Ubisoft Support
Hello, firstly we are not inviting through Steam.
Second of all we are friends on both platforms. Also i cant invite somebody over Steam in the Trials Fusion Private Lobby. How does that work?
Thank you for getting back to us. Do you have the Ubisoft Connect and Steam overlays enabled?
- Ubisoft Support
Sorry to hear that you are having this trouble with using the overlay in game.
We are aware that some software may interfere with the Ubisoft Connect overlay, to troubleshoot whether software conflicting could be the cause I would advise to perform a clean boot[www.ubisoft.com]. Once your device launches try running the game without opening any applications that are unnecessary. If the overlay works after following these steps then we will then need to discover what application is conflicting.
If however the issue persists then please let us know as we are happy to investigate further.

In-game if you navigate to > Ride > Multiplayer > Online > Private Match > where it says My Groups and Invite Player, are you able to use the +Invite Player button and invite your friend from that screen?
What NAT type do you have displayed on this screen also, does it say Strict or Strict for your friend?
-Ubisoft Support
Hey cristopher burger,
Is the NAT Open for you both?
And may we please confirm what OS you're using?
