What countries are available for play?

Tried going online first but couldn't find an answer to simply: what are all of the countries I can choose to manage in the game?

UK, USA, Australia, Canada, France and Germany, There are many modded countries already, and more on the way, some of them are listed here: http://www.positech.co.uk/democracy3/mods.html and there are many mroe in development here:
