How to restart compass?

I got a nation in workshop, I won once, it was saved onto compass, and then I deleted the nation. I can not go on compass, anymore, since it gives me a error and crashes the game.

Hi, there is a file inisde \my documents\my games\democracy 3\ which has a list of the compass entries. I can't recall the exact filename right now, but it's there, you can open it in a text file and remove any troublesome entries, or just delete the whole file.

Sorry to bump an old discussion, but I've had this problem too, I can't seem to find the file at all, does anybody know what it's called?

I can reset the compass but my avatar and average stats still exist on compass when I clicked on Steam Friends. How can I completely reset the compass?
