0% difficulty means easy?
And how about the other bars? Innate Socialism? Innate Liberalism? Political Apathy?

It would make sense that 0% diff. means it's easy. Haven't messed around with it though. I assume a society with 0% innate socialism would be very liberal...but if we set liberalism also to 0% and put political apathy to 0% (meaning everyone cares about politics)...then what the hell would that do. Nobody would be innately socialist or liberal and yet everyone would be politically involved.

When you click the compass at the start menu, the game has a conservative/liberal axis and a socialist/capitalist axis (on which it plots what your policies were when you won elections). Lower innate socialism translates into relatively higher capitalism, and lower innate liberalism translates into relatively higher conservativism. These correspond to the amount of membership in the Socialist, Capitalist, Liberal, and Conservative factions in-game.

Political apathy measures how likely people are to vote or get involved in groups that might try to kill you. High political apathy means the people don't care, don't vote, and won't try to do much. Low political apathy means more people vote, and more people will join groups that try to kill you if you make them mad.

Difficulty mostly has to do with money. The higher the difficulty, the more money everything costs and the harder it is to balance the budget.
