Mods not showing

Hello, I bought Democracy 3 along with the Social Engineering DLC. I'm trying to download some mods, but they are not showing in-game. The DLC is the only mod listed. How to solve?

I had the same problem
just relunch steam
it happens to me alot
it also happens to me with acheivements, I get them in game but steam dosnt see it
but re lunching steam and than the game seems to fix it

There is a button in the mods control panel to make it refresh its communication with the steam subscriptions for mods, you might need to click that, or go out/back in to the mods control panel to re-trigger it. Steam sometimes is delayed in updating the game.

I tried. Some mods simply won't appear (israel, more policies...)

I have the same problem. I played the Sweden mod on my desktop. Then I wanted to give it another go on my laptop but the game kept crashing when I hit "new game". So I tried inactivating the mod and the game worked but now I can't get the mod back in the list. I've tried unsubscribing and subscribing again, both from inside the game and outside. I've tried refreshing several times. I've restarted the game, steam and the computer. And I even tried reinstalling the game. But I can't get the mod back in to the list.

Hi, there are some files that control democracy 3's memory as to what mods are installed, and if they are active yada yada, and manual deletion of stuff sometimes confuses it. Deleting these files should reset everything. They are:
/my documents/my games/democracy3/mod_dates.ini and
/my documents/my games/democracy3/mod_status.ini
They get rebuilt if they aren't there. (location on linux & Mac may differ obviously)

I had the same problem. On both my computers the game would crash after clicking "new game". I tried re-installing the game, no success. Only reinstalling steam helped. Now I cannot load the mods. (tried resubscribing etc.) Trying to locate said files on my Mac.
