Oil Dependency
I come to you for help guys.
Im trying to get all achievement and the last one I'm unable to unlock is Oil dependecy.
I spend hours on it, but seriously it is impossible. I tried tons of different strategy, on each difficulty, but Im unable to hold 75% demand for 4 tours, Im actually even unable to reach to 75% for one turn. We have no control about oil provider, and I can max only cars or max cars + trains + bus, with no oil taxes or max oil taxes, everything I tried led me to an uncontroled Oil Demand always fluctuating and never exploding.
Sorry about my english, Im not native and hope you could help me.

1st make sure oil supply is high, and oil demand is high, make sure that cars are used alot, and also you need 'oil drilling subsides' and make membership for motorists/+ commuters is high, and i also want to know more info

Ok I got it.
For ppl trying later, You have to play with Road construction every turn to regulate traffic and avoid traffic issues. And raise GPD max avec if you lost 100Bn / turn, just try to unlock it before new election.

Here's how you do it:
Max out car usage, air travel and GDP with oil drilling subsidies on full.

You need to turn on Satellite road pricing and Driverless car laws, along with road building these solve the "gridlock" problem that happens when car usages reaches max. Satellite road pricing is 52 so I recommend getting it early before you cabinet gets pissed with you.
You need to max out GDP, productivity, air travel and international relations (this drives air travel). These all kind of work together.
Once your GDP is approaching max, turn on oil drilling subsidies and climate change adaptation fund to full (climate change one isn't necessary but it helps keep your GDP up while oil demand increases)

I did it with france because they're the easiest country to play IMO
