Achievements Help?

Warning: Long Post Ahead (Sorry)

As the title says, I need help getting a few achievements. I've read them and know HOW to get them, but actually GETTING them is proving very difficult. And since there's very few guides on getting the achievements, I'm kinda stumped.

BTW, I'm fine with lowering difficulty if need be. I also have all the DLC except Electioneering if that helps.

Divisive Leader: Win with 50-55% of the vote.
I've tried this twice, failed both. The first I went over because of "Egalitarian Society" boosting my popularity. The second was because my votes were WAY lower than the popularity said it was. I just don't know how I to manipulate popularity.

Economic Stability: Keep GDP in a straight line (Less than 15% change) for a few turns.
Any ideas how to get this? The GDP kinda does what it wants.

Apathetic Electorate: Win with more than 50% non-voters.
Oh, boy... This one's a nightmare. I've heard that the trick is to keep every group's happiness in the middle. But I'm not sure how to do that. Some groups just seem to like being happy/unhappy. Capitalists/Conservatives/Trade Unionists tend to be in the red, while Retired/State Employees are always in the green, and fixing this just makes others TOO happy. I really need a formula for this one.

Popular Leader: Make 80% of groups 70% happy.
Similar to the above but I actually have to bring them to the green.

Any tips or suggestions for which country I should play as, or which options I should play with would be nice. Like I said, I'm not above playing with the options.

I can offer a few words of advice regarding the Economic Stability portion of your question. Remember that GDP is influenced by a multitude of factors which you have direct control over. My advice would be to do things that harm GDP if it is on the rise, and do things which help the GDP when it is on the fall. Might take a few attempts. Good luck champ.
