Mods for iOS?

So I play a bunch of games on my iPud and some (a few) allow incorporating mods and others do not. Minecraft, for example, can use many mods available to the Pc version. So I started to wonder if perhaps there was a way to use Dem3 mods on my iOS version of the game? Thanks for any help!

BTW, I can state without reservation that I would love to see Dem4 on the iPad when the time comes. Ever since Matrix/Slitherine/whatever abandoned the IPud I have been hard up for good strategy games. Someone needs to fill this gap!!
