Housing Market Information
Today, I was playing with a full suite of mods (I can provide the list if need be), and midway into my second (5-year) term, I saw that I had created a housing bubble. I never implemented public (state) housing. How do I control home prices, availability, etc?

not. the only way to prevent or combat that housing bubble is with
-state housing
-rent control
also there is a random occuring dilemma that asks you if you wish to allow for a relaxation in building permits, that also seem to influence it a bit.

game is flawd, no possibility to just decree a billion homes to be build to fix the problem.
