Is there an updated version of the Trainer that works with the Steam version? (CyberMan's trainer)

The user Applied Mediocrity says, "When using debug menu (enabled by "trainer" on v1.0) to teleport to anywhere, I think it was this level that sometimes didn't load completely - not just some places but most of the terrain just wasn't there." I would love the ability to teleport, as I don't like wasting time fighting through areas I've already completed. I found a way in Cosmic Forge to edit travel triggers to different locations, but this is a little bit time consuming as I have to leave the game. A debug menu to teleport would be much preferred.

If I am mistaken and he's actually talking of some other trainer, please let me know. CyberMan's trainer doesn't seem to work with the latest version of the game, the ones you can buy on Steam or GOG. I assume that probably the trainer is then defunct, but I thought it doesn't hurt to ask - is there an updated version, or maybe an alternative, that has a teleport tool?

Alternatively, is the old version of the game that the trainer does work with available anywhere? Or can you downgrade the game somehow? And would saves from the latest version work with an older version? (I presume no, but doesn't hurt to ask :))
