He'li is very forward.
First time I noticed this on any of my playthroughs, probably because I'm used to skipping past her dialogue. Took me by surprise. If I had to guess, I'd bet the VA noticed the text is a little suggestive and decided to improv a bit, then they kept it in.

I've never that on any playthrough...but I may not have spoken to her at that late stage I guess...

yup; something tells me they just packaged the game and didn't proof read; due to this being a time crunch of a game. hats off we got what we got out of it though.
