Report a translation problem
Most players seem to agree that the buffs should matter, but apparently they do not.
I also tend to put Philosopher's Cloaks and Brilliant helms on my Bard and tend to feel it helping increases, but it is not a strong feeling (like the perceived frequency of shield hits) and appears to be wrong. Maybe the shield hit frequency perception is wrong, too (shrug), but shields do seem to be incredibly effective and when worn and Shield Skill is pushed. It might just be a perception that its effectiveness is more than the ratio.
On the other hand, I don’t love super man buff too much anyway since there’s a bug that interferes with haste. I find haste to be much more valuable especially since it’s party wide.
