Is there any way to edit XP?

I've gone through the class change shuffle before with Wizardry 7, and I just don't have that sort of time to waste. I figure I can make it go a lot easier if I can just edit each character's XP to skip the grinding and just get all the class changing done I want. The only editor I could find (BaneEdit) doesn't appear to run on Windows 10, even in compatibility mode, and I'm not really sure what the best way to go about this is.
