I've got a direct answer to you, but it contains major spoilers, so, think before looking.

If you have ever found green wallpaper halls, then you were really close to the place of this achievement. It is obtained when you activate the alive smiling yellow ball, which lies in a large pile of other 'Frens', right near the green wallpaper zone. You can get to it from the 'playground' zone (it contains colourful guys in the pools, the drawings and decoration of white clouds on the walls and ceiling. You should eventually find the large pile of Frens, as it is located right near one of the exits from the green wallpaper zone.

Nice, am 12/12 now. I tried following your tip, first met the alive yellow ball in the hallway, which then rolled in the corner, so after that I went to find the green wallpaper zone, which I didn't even get to find after 30 minutes (the map is so huge lol). So, I got it when I was in a room with a purple slide with one smile yellow ball in the corner pool... [/quote]
