Really Cool! Is there an Exit?

Great game! Was just wondering if there's an exit/goal in the demo? Have managed to go up several floors, but still no idea where I'm going! :)

you'll eventually figure it out, the map is REALLY huge and it's quite easy to get lost sometimes, i don't wanna tell you exactly if there IS a goal or not because you'd lose that horrible uncertainty feeling

looking carefully at everything and being patient are key in this game

Is there a flashlight somewhere I'm supposed to find? Seems like I really need one for some parts, but can't find it anywhere. Even found an "Emergency Flashlight Here" sign but no flashlight nearby.

I won't say where it is, but yes, you will find a flashlight eventually and it is very helpful. So don't worry, explore enough and you will find it.

BTW, I love your youtube channel. You and Manly are where I get like 80% of my indie game recommendations. Looking forward to seeing you post this demo later! :)

If you hear the sound of an old radio playing 1930s style music, you're close. Its up a very small flight of curved stairs coming out of a shallow pool.

I wish I could be more specific, but I mostly just stumbled on it by accident myself.

From the beginning of the game I just did what the opening instructions asked - follow my curiosity.

And by that I just avoided doors that supposedly showed the way out. Early on there was a door with an exit sign - I just went the opposite way and only went to places where there were scribble drawings and arrows. I found the radio 5 minutes in.

I know that feeling. Its so easy to get turned around too, since so many things loop back to old areas.

Yeah, the place is massive. Seen lots of weird stuff! I found the area in your pictures, but there was no 1930's music up there and no sign up the flashlight. I wonder if maybe the placement of the flashlight is random.

I was afraid of that. The game does feel slightly randomly generated.

I was afraid of that. The game does feel slightly randomly generated.

It took 3 hours but I finally found it! I don't think the world is randomly generated, but it's possible the placement of the flashlight is random.
