I need help because I can't buy any more pins from the pin shop and I'm only 10 pins away from being done collecting every pin in the game and I don't want to restart from the very start.

Some pins are available after you complete episodes. Since you are not saying if you completed all the episodes or not, I will consider that you didn't. If you haven't completed all 3 episodes, complete them and the pins should be available.

On the other hand, you may have already bought all the pins from the pin trader, but you missed the 10 pins you are talking about, because of making bad decisions during the story. In this case, you need to start the game over.
