Games crashed when i play

Game crashed when i get cutscene after exit to the Underground to the Mean Street North, when Gus said "Wait" and game get crushed

UP please, I have the same probleme... I someone has a solution ?? Have uninstalled/reinstalled the game, rebooted the pc...
Still crashes.

I get the same problem too, however, the crash happens when i enter Disney Gulch from Rainbow Caverns, there is a guide on how it can be resolved but nothing in the guide helps me. You could try out some of the methods to fix your game. Sorry if it doesn't help and if it works please give the credit to the creator of the guide.

Well I did not fix my problem, but the Overlay solution allowed me to keep playing, so, that's something I guess ! Thanks everyone ! :)

i dont know if anyone solved this problem, but i found one solution. in ConfigFiles.ini search "DisiableIGC=false" and chage to "true" this solve my problem. only have bugs in cinematic but doesnt crash

there is a way around, however, you must alt tab constantly with the sound to bypass the scene.
