Game Freezing on Cutscenes Fix

I just recently decided to give this game a fresh playthrough and ran into the problem of it freezing during the cutscene right when you enter Mean Street North. I went looking through the local files and I'm happy to say I found a fix!

1. Go into the Properties menu in Steam for the game
2. Go to Local Files tab & click Browse Local Files
3. Find ConfigFiles & open it in Notepad
4. Hit CTRL+F to search. Type "SkipIGCs" & hit enter to search.
5. SkipIGCs is by default set to false. Change it true
6. Save the file and restart the game.

It should now, once you enter Mean Street North from the Undeground completely skip the cutscene and allow you to wander Mean Street North. It will autosave too, so if you immediately exit & restart, you shouldn't have to worry about the cutscene popping up again.

I set SkipIGCs back to false after the game autosaved so I could watch the other cutscenes, but it's entirely up to you whether or not you want it back on.
