Quick GRAPHIC tweaks!
Game isn't playable for me right out of the gate.
Some quick N easy tweaks to get you the game looking nicer.

User, My Documents, My Games, Unreal Engine 3, Monkey Game, Config, Monkey Engine.

Can open in wordpad or Notepad. Roughly 1/2 way down you'll find the options for screen resolution, V-Sync, AA, and Anisotropic filtering. Also, I turned off the Motion Blur as it was the worst implementation I've ever seen.

Game looks great now!

This is correct. The game was ported by Iron Galaxy - the developers of Dive Kick - who mostly do contract work like this.

Given that their name isn't anywhere to be found on the game, I'm thinking they're not even all that proud of their work on this one. Only way you'd know it's them is because Dave Lang said so on Twitter. If you don't know who Dave Lang is, watch Dive Kick trailers or Gaint Bomb PAX panels...

In any case, at least it's functional, I'd rather have it in a state that requires a little tweaking work than not at all.

If your desired resolution can't be set in-game then change
ResX=1920
ResY=1080

Ok, I did that and got it on all 3 monitors @ 5760 x 1080, but my FOV is too zoomed in. How do I change the FOV values?

I don't have the beefiest of computers, what are the best settings to change to reduce graphics for performance? If possible without lowering the resolution more than 800x600

Here's my settings for texture filtering and AA

UseVsync=True
MaxAnisotropy=16
MaxMultisamples=16

If your desired resolution can't be set in-game then change
ResX=1920
ResY=1080

set MaxSmoothedFrameRate=60 to get rid of the tearing as metioned above.
The engine doesnt support MSAA. The fact that you think that it does while it still remains jaggy tells me you dont know what msaa does. lol.
