twitch drop already redeemed?

I try to redeem my twitch drop and it says somebody already redeemed it? what gives?

Twitch drops are delivered directly to the ingame mail of your linked account. No idea what you're doing where you can even get a message about redeeming it.

No no, OP is right. One of my three twitch crate codes was telling me that it had already been redeemed. They weren't delivered directly to my ingame mail without me first entering the codes in the Esc menu.

Same problem here, the first one was a code and when I entered the game said was already redeemed. Since its a demo and everything will be wiped I don't care that much but I hope this dont happen on the release.

Confirmed, 1 of the 3 codes didn't work. Says redeemed already.

Shrug it gets wiped at the end of beta anyway no biggie.

apparently, you gotta recheck your linked account for that, i was foolishly claimed 4 of it, but also didn't get a mail about it, so i checked the link from their site, and, surprise!!!

apparently, my twitch account disconnected somehow from that, tried it the day after, and it's steam's turn, and it seems like if you're disconnected when claiming, it'll just got sent to void, rip 4 chests twt)

I contacted support through the in-game menu and they sent me a different code.
I'm not sure if I understood correctly, but they said they fixed the issue with the code, and a new one was sent as compensation for the inconvenience, although the old one is still not working. But anyway, I got my 3 boxes.
