Report a translation problem
Cant test it myself as Im using r7 with AMD GPU...
DX11 vs DX12 mode?(if u open the game it gives setting for it in launcher).
Other than that basics- run PC in default settings(6000MT\s is EXPO and considered OC)...

This was not the fix sadly but i did found how to fix it for myself 1-2 days before Demo end.
How i got it fix on my end 03/15/2024 :
Step 1: Start the game and Let the first big lag spike happen then Alt+F4 your game rigth after its done lagging.
Step 2: Start the game and now it should now be fine.
No thanks given to Mecha BREAK support since no help was given for a month.
Maybe that AMD GPU is processor integrated graphics
Anyhow.. I found a fix for myself like i mention just above your comment and i also edited my post with the info on the fix that works for me atm. I was able to play for about 3h before i get off the game without a single lag spike
How i got it fix on my end 03/15/2024 :
Step 1: Start the game and Let the first big lag spike happen then Alt+F4 your game right after its done lagging.
Step 2: Start the game and now it should now be fine.
