Mecha BREAK

Mecha BREAK

How strong is aim assist when using controllers?
10 = COD strong (i.e. you can feel the aim assist pulling your aim).
1= Marvel Rivals strong (i.e.. minimal)

There is lock on feature like in armored core games. Only your movement, position, distance and counter measures matter the most.

there are stats for the Fire Control System to upgrade with mods, so "Aim Assist" is the main aiming system, even with snipers, and some weapons wont fire without lock-on (missiles ect). So if the target is locked 95% chance of hit unless target uses evasion boost, or something to break lock (Line o sight, ECM, ect)
Thanks for confirming. I had assumed that this was a simple "shooter" game like COD (Call of Duty) where aim assist was the same for all gamers. Good to see that aim assist is a function of the game's mechanics and depends on how you upgrade your fire control system.

You get a lock-on feature that lets you track and fire but you can also just shoot freely at targets out of lock-on range.

You also get to upgrade this feature but having a larger or longer lock-on will have a negative to the lock-on speed and vice-versa. Sometimes you get lucky and get ones that penalize a different stat but boost lock-on. You're fighting RNG at that point though so good luck.

Do you both recommend playing on controller or is mouse the better input for this game?
