Mecha BREAK

Mecha BREAK

The gliders are.. big DISAPPOINTMENT ><
-they take 2 slots, you could take 8! weapons instead of them, that's a whole team weaponized or you on one glider!
-they show no hp bar, you don't know when they get damage or how much HP is left
-they can't be repaired, with time even in pve they are destroyed
-their damage looks like meh
-you can't see much due the camera is too close to them
-they cost too much, it's hard to get the parts
-you loose the pvp on them

Not worth the time/spent matrix credits. I have wasted my credits on them, do not repeat

The benefit of the glider is directly tied to the mecha you're using. If you're using one of the heavier / slower mechas than it's invaluable as a faster mode of transport. It's fine for taking out the PVE units and you can quickly jump off of it while in the air and go into your normal combat. It'll just hover itself down to the ground and then you can hop back on it when you're done in combat.

The model itself has damage states / starts to smoke, etc. to show how much damage it's taken.

They only really need to hit second level to get value (which is a TON of effort if bringing your own). You can find them mid match and they're always a level 2 version and actually pretty useful (other than the melee one and probably repair one).

even a level one is a huge help to the slower/heavier strikers just for movement but level 3+ they are amazing

This would be a good reason if it wasn't for the fact the beam sword exists with it's massive ground clearing dash attack and only for 1000 credits and a blueprint.

Get one to Tech 5 and tell me they suck lol

at first i played stego a lot and its needed this, i collected the support glider for healing after every encounter. sooner realized all you need is a beam atuocannon so no point for cherry picking strikers, you need 1 with good movement and lvl 5 auto cannon thats it. sad but true

while you lvl up you gonna unlock in total 3 slots so you can have 1 glider and 1 weapon space. also if you upgrade your Weapon Airdrop Beacon to lvl 3 thats gonna give you 4 weapon which you can recall any time during the match for matrix coins, around 480 or something and thats not bad consider that i've unlocked all the mechs and stuffs and still sitting on 30k matrix credit which idk what to do.

the only sign is some smoke coming out from the device and im not 100% sure but felt like slowed down a little
It seems like you didn't think about not playing heavy mech in Mashak to begin with.

i'd say try out at least the mk 2 sniper glider mk 3 sniper glider has become my new favorite 3 extra shots before i have to jump off & blast away with auto cannons
With extra weapons there is no need to jump back and forth
