That's rendering the game from 360p upscaled to 1440p, even with DLSS4 that doesn't look good at all, all to render pretty average to bad graphics at what I consider the bare minimum FPS for aiming to feel good.
No it doesn't "run great", not even close. I still like the game, but this is BS. I will upgrade soon, but that's not gonna solve much when the base optimization is so heavy.
