Is the Mashmak meant to be Pvepvp?

I haven't met other players at all in just two rounds. And if that is the case would it be possible in the future to just have a straight PVE mode? As much as I know people like pvp it would be nice for the extra option if you just wanted to hang and kill with friends.

its meant to have other actual players fight against this game being in open beta put bots into it probably to make sure things didn't take so long to pop it might be a issue in the future but we'll see.

I do hope that they intend to also make just a pve mode. In a game liket his I don't see why not. just increase difficulty or something.

that would be hard to balance and make content for the whole point of this mecha game is mostly focused on the PvP and arena 6v6 stuff might just not be something you enjoy if you want PvE there's always armored core 6 and like Daemon X breaker or whatever it was.

It's very PvPvE, I already ran into 4 different player groups and wiped 3 of 4

it's for flyers and snipers. Feels like nobody tested this gamemode. It's unplayable with some other mechs. Almost every map in the game is for snipers. The fun I had when I started playing this is all disappearing. There are so many flaws that should have been addressed in previous testing already.

Depends which snipers. The heavy armored one seem to be doing quite good there. Support mechs also are quite strong.
I tried it and -oh cool I can shoot bots and then grind equipment thingies.
2 min later player spawned and there ws literalyl 3vs5 other players. 2xHeavy Sniper, 1 Pinaca ,1 skyraider and one other. Went to a mode ,left with nothing but 30 points.
Not a fan of this mode.

When they said pvpve I thought we'd get pvp and pve and pvpve modes.

the games not being designed that way though expalin to me where the fun in the game mode you proposed? answer no where.

How is it not fun to just go around with friends and kill stuff..why do people play zombies in Call of duty? The game mode is there just make it pve..no rebalncing needed if it just people killin stuff.

For you but that is subjective is it not? I am just saying if 90% of the work is done. I don't see why not add it.

No, it wouldn't. Especially when they can just remove the enemy players in mashmak(or make players unable to damage eachother in a race for resources).

playing the same pvp mode with same pvp meta comp on same weapons which rarely get added due to balancing issue sounds awfully boring
