Exactly this. Never understood why people want someone connecting to a US server (for example) from Timbuktu with a 13 ping.
Then there's the whole language barrier on top of that. If a team can't communicate, it's not much of a team.
We also have various comm markers to target literally anything which negates the "language barrier" argument as they are shown to the player in the same language as the game for them. Or do you really wanna sit in the middle of the fight and be texting in the chat with randoms when you could well contribute to the team victory?
