My ping is absolutely outrageous and unstable

Anyone found the same problem? ping is so unstable. Sometimes My ping is below 100, sometimes more than 200 and even reach 999 lmao.

FYI : There's no problem with my internet, and for the dev pls add SEA server ffs.

yeah me too, i'm in SEA and the SEA server is still tras

I think I was the only one playing from Australia. Everyone else was either from Japan or China.
My ping was mostly between 80 to 120. At times higher.
It was still playable but curious if any Aussies may play it or may do a server for us.

METAL = Same experience like me, when my ping goes more than 200-999 ms everyone on my team member and also enemies is using Japan/China/Korean names and should be from those countries. I was confused did my ping change and match with people on the match or what lol because this is the first time I've experience this problem.

cant say my ping was this high but certainly had some lagging here and there and also frame drops that it gave the impression the game crashed on me. but then it was smooth again most of the time.
last night i even managed to get the highest rank when playing as a light sniper. i guess we can only wait and see if they may fix it in the final version as its not a bad game as such but obviously more work is needed.

To add some two cents? I can't say my connection is bad, but this game is certainly trying to stress out my PC.
I'm unsure if it's older parts or if the game just demands that much newer hardware. It's not a potato though, that's for sure.
Runs well enough though, so I can't complain.

North American server here though.
Strange if the SEA server would be having that much issue, possibly a difference in playerbase traffic?

Welp this game is sure need to be more optimized, and btw this game is haven't SEA server yet so people like me in SEA pick the Asia-Pasific one. I just complain that this game has so unstable ping for me that change every match and maybe the problem is just like you said "difference in playerbase traffic".

Yep all we can do is just wait for them to fix it, welp this game still on beta so we can't complain much.

Yoo how, me too from Indonesia and I just use CBN provider with 75-80Mbps speed.

try using lan cable;go from 100 ms to 33

I use WiFi stick which never caused me any issues with other titles. Stable ping and downloads.
No issues like with first descended. But yes, once it's out of beta, hopefully it will be fixed by then.

I'm on cable and still spikes at 999 ping and becomes unplayable. I'm from Australia too, sometimes restarting mid match works but nah seems random spikes
