But at any rate, this showed that there's only customization for the character's appearance (Does pilot appearance really matter in a PVP Mech game...?) and that you can change color and decals of the mech...
The question was if you could change the properties of the mech. Adding more armor to increase weight to add more defense or stripping armor for more mobility, changing between bipedal frames to use tank tread or quadriped, changing from a fast firing weapon to a slower sniper style, using a gatling gun over a flamethrower... which if the video is accurate, your answer should have been "No" because it seems the game is just a dressup game and not a real mecha.
Yes it will be dead in a year or two, all service games like this die quickly.
Such a shame.
At least we got AC6 and GB4 with offline play.
