This is also why they are still stuck in legal nightmare.
That's just stealing ideas with extra steps little bro.
1. Dev works at studio to make a game.
2. Dev really likes the concept.
3. Dev leaves and makes their own studio to make said concept.
Are you following or was that too fast?
Yes, this game is clearly aiming for the same concept as Dark and Darker, but what's the problem? The reality is that, as customers, that's a good thing. It fosters competition, provides us with choices, and we can simply stick with what we like the most.
Leave the "who stole what" to the lawyers of those companies and let them resolve this instead of trying to be a white knight for one side or the other.
I don't see why you call it "stealing" when the U.S. court has literally dismissed Nexon's claim and sided with Ironmace. Do you base all your judgments on allegations? It's innocent until proven guilty, you know.
Proof[www.courtlistener.com]
They have dismissed it because the case is going in Korea. The case in US being dmissed because of that reason, and NOT anything in regards of the contents of the case, doesnt mean anything.
Also.. innocent until proven guilty isnt even the case in the US either so... yeah.. US uses guilty until proven otherwise.
Shh.. let him try to moral high ground with the most corrupt and abused legal system that has ever existed. It's funny.
