Apparently it's being done by LiveWire who also published this. So *shrug*
I doubt they will read this forum thoguh.
In an ideal world you would like to see these kind of games being ported to PC as a number 1 priority due to more responsive ways to play the game with minimum input lag and for its preservation so they don't go through the drain when a generation of console is left behind and its digital store gets shut down.
But in reality maybe they will not make much money to survive as a company by releasing things day 1 on PC, idk but this is a very niche genre nowadays after all, or maybe it could be harder to optimize for multiple available hardwares and they just don't have the workforce to support this?
TBH I don't really know the answer and those japanese companies barely bring up the subject anyway, but it's pretty disappointing when you love these games, love what companies like Hamster and M2 are doing with their ports, but you choose not to deal with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of Sony / Nintendo anymore.
It is what it is at the end of the day. I'll gladly buy all of your games when they come to the best platform to play and preserve them.
No problem.
