from my experience its usually people over 50% experience the distributor goes after.. best passive income via market sales, unless you like the back and forth for dealers. ive just had them stand there doing nothing as they dont cost money to stand around unlike the workers.

yup i sell on the online market and get dealers with over 90 in skill

I just had Mr. Nasir effectively soft lock me out of progression right after unlocking research table. I first declined his order of 2kg because my production capabilities could not match the timetable, he proceeded to take my only dealer and now I do not have enough money to hire another dealer. So basically the save is ruined and I have to do the early grind again. This is quite frustrating.

not sure if anyone knows this but if you decline him, go to your map and you can click on his icon and make a deal with him so he stops taking your workers, lost like 10 workers before i saw you could do this XD

My problem was more the opposite, I had the map telling me to beat the distributor so I could buy more property and since I ran the buisness rather optimized between production and sales, I never got to a reserve of 1000g, so I was "WHAT DAMN DISTRIBUTOR???",
Since the game DOESN'T tell you anything about it, I had to search through forum and patch-notes to find out.
That could really be made more transparent.

Even worse when you can't actually FILL HIS ORDER to start with. I get nothing about his order. Dealer comes in, makes a deal i cant decline and then i go ahead and cant make it. Oh sure i have KILOS AND KILOS of drugs, but nothing about his "special order".
