Map Editor/Creator

So I purchased the Anniversary Edition of Spellforce 2 expecting there to be some sort of Map Editor with the game, but sadly there wasn't. I read somewhere that this stand-alone does contain a map editor, however I wanted to double check before I made the purchase.

So, does this stand-alone contain a map editor with it? Or do I have to find the editor somewhere else?
