How to get the sound to work

After some search in Google I found a solution: http://www.indievolume.com/download.php
Download the program and install it. Launch Indievolume, launch Deathtrap Dungeon. When you are in the main menu press Alt+Tab to get to Indievolume, press F5 to refresh the list and choose DD_CD.EXE. Set a checkmark on "Handled". Now maximize the game again and you should have sound.
The only problem is, the program is not freeware and I do not know what happens when the 14-day trial is over. If anyone knows a similar program that is freeware, please let me know.

Does this fix the wrong music being played for each level?
